My name is Matt Waldron, and I am an experienced leadership coach-facilitator and operator of Level Next Leadership. Over the past two decades I have functioned successfuly in a number of executive leadership, senior program manager & coach-facilitator roles across Australia within the private and not-for-profit sector at a national responsibility level.
I really enjoy working in partnership with individuals & businesses to bring new energy, a fresh sense of focus and create better performance models. It is such a wonderful opportunity to be a source of encouragement, patience, understanding and clarity when people are stuck.
